Aleesha young has established herself in the professional bodybuilding world as a top women. Aleesha was born in 1984, is from an athletic family. They also had siblings who played games, like hockey and ice skating. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification through winning in the NPC USA Championships 2014. But she first started in the year 2008. She also took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she placed ninth. She held on to her 9th-place finish for 2015. Aleesha finished 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. Aleesha began to improve and was able to achieve her first professional win when she won Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance was in 2020. She finished 4th. The "World's strongest mother" did take a hiatus from bodybuilding due to health reasons.
